Dual-wire microphone cable for professional use, which transmits the electrical output signal of a microphone to a sound system for further processing
The diode lines with individually shielded wires are suitable for chinch connections, pick-up systems, stereophony and general applications in the LF area. Due to the relatively high input resistances, low-capacitance feed lines are required so that there is no undesired drop in height. 1- to 8-wire constructions, each with low-capacity PE insulation with single-wire shielding, meet these requirements. Wire cross-sections of 0.08 mm² and 0.14 mm² are used.
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a common jacket material that provides excellent protection against moisture, abrasion, and chemicals. It is flexible, durable, and cost-effective, making it a popular choice for a wide range of applications, from consumer electronics to industrial machinery. However, PVC can release toxic fumes when burned, and it is not as heat-resistant as other materials, which may limit its use in certain high-temperature environments.
