In case that a specific product does not match to customer needs:
Despite all the information provided online and support offered by the customer service center, it can be returned within the first 14 days after delivery, when it does not present any sign of bad usage and comes with all accessories including the original shipping package. In any case, customer must support costs of transportation from and to the address indicated by Twoosk.
