This distribution cable for optical networks has a central tube structure with a FR-LSZH UV stable polyethylene outer sheath plus a corrugated steel tape with ripcords underneath it, for higher mechanical and rodent resistance. Waterblocking E-glass yarn prevent the progression of water inside the cable. The optical fibers comply with ITU-T recommendations G.652.D.
