By experience in street cabinets in Scandinavia it is known that over time cables with aluminum foil corrode leading to signal instabilities. The JPLUS6SCxx-L has only copper conductors; inner conductor, foil, and braiding. Hence, with the JPLUS6SCxx-L jumpers no instabilities are observed. In addition the JPLUS6SCxx-L cable has an outer sheath made by black flame retardent PVC.
