Buyer

To buy in Marketplace you must enter the Store and select the products you want to buy by adding them to the shopping cart. 
To proceed with the first purchase, at the checkout, make the registration should fill in the billing and shipping information. 
Then select the payment method and confirm your order. If the method chosen is payment by ATM, do not forget to make the payment within the indicated period (72h). 
In subsequent purchases, simply log in, entering your identification data. 
When the order is validated by the seller, you will receive an email confirming your order 

No, there is no minimum order quantity, but some of the products in the marketplace require a minimum quantity to order, and this information is highlighted in the product page.

The delivery times after the good payment depend on the deadline established with the Seller for the preparation of the order. (which can vary between 24h and 72h). 
The destination will also be considered in the calculation of the term, with the average term of 48 hours in the same country and up to 7 days in Europe.

The Marketplace has the following methods of payment available: Wire Transfer, ATM and Credit Cards 

The Product Return Policy is set by Seller. Product return information, if available, should be displayed on the Product / Seller page in the Marketplace. 

The Product Warranty Policy is set by Seller. Product warranty information, if available, should be displayed on the Product / Seller page in Marketplace 

The existence of after-sales service is defined by Seller. After-sales service information, if available, should be displayed on the Product / Vendor page in the Marketplace.

No. The twoosk Marketplace is intended for the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment, thus targeting business entities.

You can add insurance to your order. A fee will be added for this service. 

The carrier is selected and managed by twoosk. The Purchaser may select the type of transportation desired (urgent or international) 

You should contact twoosk for clarification on the shipping and location of your order. 

You should receive an email regarding each product you ordered, through which you can track your location. 

Seller

To sell in Marketplace you must create an account, enter your data (name and email) and create an access password. 
After registration is approved by twoosk, you will have access to the "Seller dashboard", where you can add products for sale, define privacy policies, return and send, define payment methods, manage orders and invoices of your customers, among others.

In order to be able to sell, you will have to have the complete registration. 

To publish products for sale, you must go to the "Seller dashboard" and on the menu Articles create a product. The publication of new products requires approval from twoosk. 

It is possible to publish products without a photo, however we believe that products with relevant information, technical data and photo are susceptible of a greater conversion in sales, reserving to twoosk the right not to authorize the publication 

It is desirable that products without stock be published in the Marketplace as little time as possible. In this sense, twoosk will manage the concealment of products without stock. 

Seller does not pay to register or publish products for sale in the Marketplace. You will only be charged a success fee equivalent to a percentage of the sales value. 

Yes. Seller will be able to view customer and order information on the "Seller dashboard". 

Yes. After confirmation of payment and processing of the shipment, an invoice is generated that the Seller must send to the Buyer. 

Yes. Twoosk reserves the right to approve all products before they become public in the Marketplace. 

You can contact customers through the Marketplace. 

When you use a browser, such as Google Chrome, some site information is cached. Clearing this data fixes certain errors, such as loading or formatting problems on the sites. 
So if you can not create your store, we advise you to clear your browser history and cache, update your "dashboard seller" and try again to create the store.

Your product will not be approved if you do not meet certain requirements, such as not completing mandatory information (product description, category, and internal reference) or disrespect the Marketplace General Conditions. 

Yes. The Price and Promotion Policy will be managed by the Seller. 

Security

No. It is subject to approval by twoosk only. 

Users of Marketplace should preserve and not disclose to third parties their access data, ensuring the confidentiality of access to the service. 
In case of loss or fraudulent use of your email and / or your password, you should report the situation to twoosk to rgpd@twoosk.com.
