In this section you will find answers to the most questions that may arise regardless of whether you are already registered on the marketplace or not.

On Twoosk Marketplace, we want to give our customers a consistent and safe shopping experience, no matter which seller they are buying from.

Here, we have outlined some standard guidelines that all Marketplace Sellers must comply with.

Order preparation (dispatch time): from 1 business day to 12 weeks.

Depending on the warehouse set up, you must prepare the order within the dispatch time you specified. Orders can be shipped within 24- 48- or 72-hours to 12 weeks maximum following payment.

Customer Support: 1 business day maximum.

In addition to the customer support provided by Twoosk, when a customer, who has not yet placed an order, sent you a direct message using the ‘Contact Seller’ button available on each product page, you must reply to your customer within 1 (one) business day maximum.

Returns: Seller must accept a request for a return, if the reason for the return is a) Faulty product (if within the guarantee period), b) Product not as described/advertised or c) Wrong product sent. Depending on each case, seller may need to refund original postage charges and additional return postage charges.

Refunds: Seller may need to refund, faulty products (if within the guarantee period), for which repair or replacement is not possible, and products not as described. In such cases, seller will have to cover full product cost plus original shipping fee and return shipping fee.

Guarantee: Seller is required to provide a minimum contractual guarantee period of 6 (six) months from the date the goods were effectively delivered to the buyer.

VAT Invoice: Whenever required and applicable, you must provide a VAT compliant invoice to your customer.

Product Imagery: Seller must upload at least one image per product to his product listing.

Any type or size of legal business in the telecommunication industry, whose place of business is established and located within the European Union.

Can I sell refurbished items?

Can I sell used items?

Yes, you can sell refurbished products on Twoosk Marketplace. To do that you will need to specify the Product Condition ‘Refurbished’ in the product listing.

Please remember that refurbished products are under specific guarantee terms. Please select ‘Refurbished Guarantee’ as Guarantee type and provide the guarantee terms in the ‘Guarantee’ area of the product listing.

You may choose not to provide a Refurbished Guarantee by given a ‘0 months’ duration, but you still required to replace DOA (Dead on Arrival) products.

No, you cannot sell used products on Twoosk Marketplace.

Creating a shop on Twoosk Marketplace will give you access to a new sales channel on an online platform specializing in telecommunications. You will have at your disposal a set of tools and features to help you tailor your offers to businesses.

To get started with your online seller shop you need to:

1. Create a Seller Account

a) After you complete your registration, we will verify your account details and set up your account type. This usually takes up to 3 (three) business days.

b) Once your account has been approved and unlocked, you can log into your account and get started.

2. Create a Warehouse

a) You will need to set up the location for your stocks and specify the warehouse operation settings, such as the availability time for the products in that specific warehouse or the warehouse opening hours for collection purposes.

b) Once your list of warehouses has been created, you can start uploading products, the quantity available of which needs to be associated with the relevant warehouse location.

3. Upload Products

a) Start your online products portfolio

b) Each product you create and publish will have to be verify, which can take up to 2/3 business days.

c) Once verified, your product(s) will be online and available for sale.

Your product images must meet the following requirements:

  • Images must be at least 450 pixels on the shortest side and no larger than 2048 pixels on the largest side.
  • Primary product images* must show only the product that is for sale and must not contain excluded accessories.
  • Images must be less than 8MB.
  • JPEG (.jpeg/.jpg) or PNG (.png) format.
  • Primary product images* must have no text or any promotional overlay in image, it may only contain text that is a part of the product.

*Primary product images are images that show up in searches engines, such as Google.

Tips and recommendations for your product images:

  • You can upload up to 5 images per product listing, so use it to show different angles/details of the product you are selling or images of the product in use.
  • Although allowed, a minimum pixel dimension of 450 will not give your image zooming capabilities, which helps you sell more. Therefore, we recommend using at least 800 pixels or larger (up to 2048 pixels)
  • Product should take no less than 75% but no more than 90% of the full image frame.
  • Whenever possible, the primary image background must be pure white (RGB 255,255,255) and must be a photo not a drawing or illustration.

Please note:

If you are generating your images through screen capturing (from Datasheets or Catalogs), please check that you are using the highest screen resolution.

If you are using generic pictures to illustrate the product you are selling, please specify that on the product description and clearly describe your product specifications and details.
