The 16-Port Connectorized Nap Box 1s 1x16 Alt-F5 (Part number: CAJANAP16PCONALT) from ALT AMERICAN LINE TERMINAL is a Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) that allow connection between multiple operators and customers. Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) has the purpose of being installed in buildings and to distribute optical fiber to the end users. It allows the connection between the cable that comes from the street to the riser cable. A basic multi dwelling unit have one operator box and one customer box and boxes of both types that can be added quickly in case of necessity.

The preconnectorized NAP box is an innovative solution for the development of FTTx (Fiber to the x) optical fiber networks for installation in indoor or outdoor environments. It can be mounted on the wall, pole, or messenger cable. It allows the passage of low or medium-density cable and enables rapid distribution through its preconnectorized output ports, significantly saving time and operating expenses.
