El Cable aéreo de fibra óptica 24FO (4X6) OS2 G.652.D de tramo medio (<300 m) negro (Part number: FO24HADSS200PRYS) de la marca Draka con 24FO. El cable autoportante totalmente dieléctrico (ADSS) es lo suficientemente fuerte para sostenerse entre polos, siendo utilizado en redes ópticas, en líneas aéreas aéreas autoportantes ADSS, suspendido en postes o montado en edificios, siendo la mejor solución para instalaciones rápidas y de bajo costo. Desde los polos ya están montados a partir de redes heredadas.
Miembro de resistencia central (CSM): material plástico reforzado con fibra de vidrio (FRP) con revestimiento de PE cuando sea necesario. Tubo: material termoplástico que contiene hasta 12 fibras ópticas y está relleno con un compuesto de estanqueidad adecuado. Trenzado: el número necesario de elementos (tubos o materiales de relleno) se trenzan en forma SZ alrededor del elemento de refuerzo central. Envoltura del núcleo: cinta que bloquea el agua (núcleo seco). Refuerzo periférico: hilos de aramida. Funda exterior: HDPE. 2 cordones en la parte inferior.

The OS2 G.652.D fiber type provides a zero dispersion at 1310nm wavelength therefor it is optimized for operation in the 1310nm Wavelength. The regular performance remains on the 1550nm wavelength.
