Twoosk warranty may allow the items to be repaired, replaced by a similar reference or returned if no solution is found. Twoosk offers a 30-day return & refund and exchange service for most in-stock items.
To start the return process, please send an email to supplychain@twoosk.com with the product name, billing data and the reason for the return. Customer must support the costs of transportation to the address indicated by Twoosk.

In case that a specific product does not match to customer needs:
Despite all the information provided online and support offered by the customer service center, it can be returned within the first 14 days after delivery, when it does not present any sign of bad usage and comes with all accessories including the original shipping package.
