All the references that no longer stand in the original manufacturer warranty are covered by this Satisfaction Warranty Program and within the warranty period, manufacturer also offers free repair services.
If a specific item does not work according to specifications:
Twoosk warranty may allow the items to be repaired, replaced by a similar reference or returned if no solution is found. Twoosk offers a 30-day return & refund and exchange service for most in-stock items.
To start the return process, please send an email to supplychain@twoosk.com with the product name, billing data and the reason for the return. Customer must support the costs of transportation to the address indicated by Twoosk.
