The Internal Fibre Distribution Enclosure is used as a Floor Distributor Box or as a Building Entry Point in order to break out, splice and connect optical fibre cables at the point of entry into a building or to distribute individual fibre circuits.
The Internal Fibre Distribution Enclosure Connectorised version - Mini-RGFO (Part number: 1010030000086) from Yelco Technologies is a Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) that allow connection between multiple operators and customers. Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) has the purpose of being installed in buildings and to distribute optical fiber to the end users. It allows the connection between the cable that comes from the street to the riser cable. A basic multi dwelling unit have one operator box and one customer box and boxes of both types that can be added quickly in case of necessity.
The Internal Fibre Distribution Enclosure is used as a Floor Distributor Box or as a Building Entry Point in order to break out, splice and connect optical fibre cables at the point of entry into a building or to distribute individual fibre circuits to the accommodation/business units on a specific floor or zone of a larger MDU, MBU or for an entry point into a smaller building. Using the Internal Fibre Distribution Enclosure in the building and floor areas can simplify the deployment and distribution of the fibres in the backbone infrastructure and speed up customer connections which can be completed when required. The closure is a three-layer unit. The base has multiple cable entry points on all sides to suit different vertical and horizontal mounting positions and to enable the management of midspan/in-line and cable end configurations. The base also provides fibre storage capacity. The hinged splice tray (side A) can support up to 27 splices (triple stacked) and includes features to accommodate passive optical splitters if required. The rear side (side B) of the splice tray has also fibre storage in order to give a better fibre maintenance.
Wall-mount is a type of mounting system designed specifically for telecommunication equipment, such as routers, switches, and servers. It features adjustable brackets, cable management options, and sufficient ventilation to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment. Wall-mounts are commonly used in server rooms, data centers, and other networking environments.
SC FO Connector is a type of fiber optic connector that uses a 2.5mm ceramic ferrule to align and connect optical fibers. Used in high-speed data communication networks. Provides low insertion loss and high return loss. The connector is easy to install and provides a secure, reliable connection for both single-mode and multimode fiber optic cables. Its locking mechanism ensures a stable connection and the push-pull design makes it easy to connect and disconnect. The SC connector is commonly used in data centers, telecommunication rooms, and other high-density fiber optic installations.
