Extralink Doris 12 Core Fiber Optic Distribution Box
The Extralink Doris | Fiber optic distribution box | 12 core (Part number: EX.0332) from Extralink is a Multi Dwelling Units (MDU) that allow connection between multiple operators and customers. Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) has the purpose of being installed in buildings and to distribute optical fiber to the end users. It allows the connection between the cable that comes from the street to the riser cable. A basic multi dwelling unit have one operator box and one customer box and boxes of both types that can be added quickly in case of necessity.
EXTRALINK Doris 12 CORE serves as an end point of the bus cable for connection to the drop cable in the FTTx communication network system. This box enables the securing of connections and distribution of client cables. The box has two midspan inputs and one input with a cable gland.
