The delivery logistics service is provided by Twoosk. As such, when a customer places an order through Twoosk Marketplace, the contract for the delivery services is between the customer and Twoosk.

As a seller on Twoosk Marketplace you just need to make sure you prepare the order within the dispatch time you specified and let us know that it is ready for collection by emailing us at supplychain@twoosk.com.

In Twoosk Marketplace you can set an order to be dispatched in 24, 48, or 72 hours up to 12 weeks. This means that you can opt for a maximum order processimg time of 12 weeks.

You will be able to choose the order processing time ('Dispatched in') under the warehouse tab of your account.

If you have reasons to believe that buyer details are incomplete or incorrect, please contact us at help@twoosk.com and we will contact the customer on your behalf.

The shipping cost is parametrized and calculated by Twoosk Marketplace and depends on the type of delivery chosen, weight and dimensions of the order, as well as on dispatch and destination country. Shipping information, including cost, will be shown at checkout and prior to the purchase of products by the customer.

Although you do not set the shipping cost, remember that the weight of the product is directly linked to the shipping cost charged to the customer. Therefore, when creating the product, please make sure you set the right weight per unit.
