To start selling on Twoosk Marketplace, you will need to first choose which seller shop model you want to apply for.

In the subscription model, a monthly fee-based model, you pay a subscription fee to sell on the Marketplace. You can choose between a three month, six month or annual billing plan.

In the OS business model, a success fee % (sales commission) will be applied to each sale.

There is no sales commission for the subscription based shop, only a closing fee* of 5% for each sale.

*Closing fee considers payment and bookings management.

There are two different ways to get paid: through Stripe Connect or through your Bank Account (wire transfer).

  • Stripe Connect

To get your sales payouts through Stripe Connect, you will need to connect your Twoosk seller account to Stripe. To do that sign into your account from your account page:

1. Navigate to the Marketplace menu on the left side and select > Payment

2. Click on ‘Manage Payout Accounts’, in the top right corner

3. Click on ‘Connect with Stripe’

4. Complete the requested details.

If you choose the Stripe Connect Account option, each Stripe sale you have on Twoosk Marketplace will be paid 7 (seven) days after delivery. A closing fee of 5% for each sale is automatically collected from your Stripe account.

However, please note that, even if you have set Stripe Connect as your main method to get your payouts, if your customer chose Wire Transfer as his payment method, each Wire Transfer sale will be credited to your bank account, and a 5% closing fee will be deducted from the total amount to be deposited. If this is the case, the Bank Account payout terms shown below apply.

  • Bank Account (Wire Transfer)

To get your sales payouts through wire transfer you will need to enter your bank account details. To do that sign into your account, from your account page:

1. Navigate to the Marketplace menu on the left side and select > Payment

2. Click on ‘Manage Payout Accounts’, in the top right corner

3. Under the Bank Account option select Edit

4. Complete your bank account details.

If you choose the Bank Account option, each sale is totaled monthly. On the 28th, will be credited in the sellers’ bank account the amount corresponding to the sales made until the 15th of the current month. From each sale, applicable fees, such as the 5% closing fee and/or the success fee (for the Overstocks Business model), will be deducted from the total amount to be deposited.

The remaining balance will be available for consultation in the seller’s account in the Marketplace.

Customers can pay for their orders using several payment methods, from credit cards to popular local bank-based methods that let customers pay online using their bank account or wire transfers (bank credit transfers). Please find below the list of payment methods accepted:

  • Credit Cards;
  • SEPA Direct Debit;
  • giropay (from customers in Germany);
  • EPS (from customers in Austria);
  • iDEAL (from customers in the Netherlands);
  • Bancontact (from customers in Belgium);
  • Przelewy24 (from customers in Poland)
  • Multibanco (from customers in Portugal);
  • Google Pay;
  • Wire Transfer

All payment methods will be processed by Stripe except for Wire Transfer. Stripe accepts credit card payments in more than 135 currencies.

Your subscription plan will be automatically suspended in case of lack of payment.

However, if you do not want to renew your subscription and would like to close your seller account, please email our customer care team at help@twoosk.com, informing us of your intention and providing us with your email address and business name before your subscription ends.

We will then initiate the process of closing your seller shop account and inform you of each step, but please keep in mind that you will still be ogliged to fulfill any open orders or queries and be invoiced for any outstanding fees.
